The lock of ignition / of blocking of a steering column

The cylinder of the lock of blocking of a steering column

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head), - do not forget to disconnect the storage battery preliminary.
Turn out fixing screws and remove sections of a casing of a steering column, remove the handle of the lever of adjustment of position of a column. A — Screws of fastening of casings of a steering column (model Astra) B — Screws of fastening of a casing of a steering column (model Zafira)	A. B.
Remove from a column right подрулевой the switch (see more low). In case of need remove from the lock of ignition the system transceiver immobilization, disconnect from the transceiver electroconducting. Insert the ignition key and turn it in position I.
Hour screw-driver or blunted шилом wring out a clamp through an aperture in the top part of a steering column and, having pulled for a key, take the lock cylinder.
For cylinder installation push it in the case замковой assemblages to защелкивания a clamp, then turn a key in position 0 and take it. At the blocked steering column to execute cylinder installation it will not be possible, in this case it is necessary to wring out before a screw-driver downwards a blocking pin in the lock case.

The ignition switch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the lock cylinder (see above), or insert into the lock a key and turn it in position 0.
Pass an hour screw-driver in an aperture in a bottom of the switch and wring out an internal clamp, then, having hooked the second screw-driver, disunite a contact socket of electroconducting.
Having disunited a socket, release fixture and remove the ignition switch (contact group).
Installation is made upside-down.

Podrulevye switches

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Removal both подрулевых switches is carried out under the uniform scheme. Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head), - do not forget to disconnect the battery preliminary.
Release fixture of the lever of a drive of the mechanism of adjustment of position of a steering column, turn out fixing screws and remove the top and bottom sections of a casing of a steering column. Compress the lock uvulas located along the edges of assemblage and accurately separate the block of switches from a steering column.
Disconnect electroconducting and remove the switch. At a corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting from the control panel functioning tempostatа.
Installation is made upside-down.

Switches of management of functioning of external lighting devices

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Having hooked a small screw-driver, release clamps and remove the switch of management of functioning of lighting devices.
Having passed pair of small screw-drivers in an aperture under switch installation, release clamps and remove the panel of switches, - pay attention that the electroconducting socket remains in the panel of devices.
In case of need replace an illumination lamp (the Section Replacement of lamps of internal lighting devices see). Installation is made upside-down.

The alarm system switch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Accurately having hooked a screw-driver remove facing of the push-button switch of the alarm system.
Having passed two screw-drivers in channels on each side buttons, accurately liberate from the panel of devices.
Installation is made upside-down

The switch of a choice of high-speed modes of functioning of the fan of a heater

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the control panel functioning of systems of heating / of ventilation / of air-conditioning (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
Accurately having hooked, remove from the panel the rotary handle of a choice of high-speed modes of the fan.
Having wrung out four clamps, squeeze out the switch from the back party of the panel.
Installation is made upside-down.

Gauges-switches of stoplights and control lamp of raising of a lay brake

The Brake system see the Head.

Gauges-switches of illumination of salon / of illumination of thresholds at opening of doors and luggage space illumination

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect electroconducting and fix a plait on a rack an adhesive tape. At removal of the gauge-switch of a door of a back easier at first to remove internal decorative overlays and to disconnect from the gauge-switch electroconducting.
Check up reliability of contact of the fixing screw with metal of a body and the gauge-switch, - in case of need smooth out a contact stain.
Installation is made upside-down.

The switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of the top hatch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove forward салонный the fixture (the Section Replacement of lamps of internal lighting devices see). Turn out fastening screws to a ceiling of the control panel functioning of the electric drive of the top hatch.
Remove the control panel and disconnect electroconducting from the keyboard switch.
Remove from the panel the switch.
Installation is made upside-down.
