Removal and pallet installation картера

- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

- Merge impellent oil (Routine maintenance see the Head), then, having replaced a sealing washer, screw a stopper into place and tighten it with demanded effort.
- Remove a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- At a corresponding complete set disconnect from the pallet electroconducting of the gauge of level of oil.

- Turn out bolts of fastening of a flange of the pallet to картеру transmissions.
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of basic arms to a dome of transmission and the bottom party of the block. Remove both arms and the bottom protective plate of a dome of transmission.
|
|
- In stages in regular intervals ослабьте, then turn out all bolts of fastening of the pallet. Slightly обстучав the pallet from sides a hammer with soft brisk, separate it from картера the engine, lower it and take from under the car, — simultaneously gradually cautiously raise the engine on a beam for the purpose of maintenance sufficient for extraction of the pallet of a backlash, — try not to damage hoses, electroconducting and elements of system of release of the fulfilled gases. A pallet lining will throw out, — at installation it is subject to replacement without fail.

- Check up passableness of the mesh filter маслозаборника, — wash out a grid solvent, or replace the filter.

- Turn out bolts of fastening of a flange of the pallet to картеру transmissions.
|
- In stages in regular intervals ослабьте, then turn out bolts of fastening of the pallet to the basis of the block / to the case of the oil pump, — pay attention that access to back bolts of fastening of the pallet opens after extraction of stoppers from cuts in a fixing flange of the pallet. Slightly обстучав the pallet from sides a hammer with soft brisk, separate it from картера the engine, lower it and take from under the car, — simultaneously gradually cautiously raise the engine on a beam for the purpose of maintenance sufficient for extraction of the pallet of a backlash, — try not to damage hoses, electroconducting and elements of system of release of the fulfilled gases. A pallet lining will throw out, — at installation it is subject to replacement without fail. Do not forget to check up passableness of the mesh filter маслозаборника, — wash out a grid solvent, or replace the filter.

Installation

- Carefully smooth out and dry wipe interfaced surfaces of a flange of the pallet and картеров the power unit. Remove all traces of oil, a dirt and old hermetic from a carving of bolts of fastening of the pallet and маслозаборника.
|
- In case of need replace a sealing ring and establish into place маслозаборник. Put fixing анаэробный hermetic on a carving part of fixing bolts, screw them and tighten with demanded effort.
|
|
- Put a layer of suitable hermetic on an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders around installation of the oil pump and a cover of the back radical bearing.
|
|
- Lay on the pallet a new lining, then press the pallet to the block. Grease анаэробным with fixing hermetic a carving part of bolts of fastening of the pallet. Screw bolts and, moving from the centre to edges, in a diagonal order tighten them with demanded effort.
- Establish a cover of a dome of transmission and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort.
- Establish a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). At a corresponding complete set connect electroconducting to the gauge of level of oil sideways on the pallet.
- At a corresponding complete set establish into place protection картера, then lower the car.
- Fill in in the engine fresh oil (Routine maintenance see the Head).

The cast pallet

- If removed, establish into place маслозаборник (the Stamped pallet see above).
- Carefully smooth out and dry wipe interfaced surfaces of a flange of the pallet and картеров the power unit. Remove all traces of oil, a dirt and old hermetic from a carving of bolts of fastening of the pallet and маслозаборника.
- Put a layer of suitable hermetic on an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders around installation of the oil pump and a cover of the back radical bearing.
- Lay on the pallet a new lining, then press the pallet to the block. Grease анаэробным with fixing hermetic a carving part of bolts of fastening of the pallet. Screw bolts and, moving from the centre to edges, in a diagonal order tighten them with demanded effort.
- Screw and tighten with demanded effort bolts of a flange of fastening of the pallet. Establish in flange cuts rubber stoppers.
- Establish a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). At a corresponding complete set connect electroconducting to the gauge of level of oil sideways on the pallet.
- At a corresponding complete set establish into place protection картера, then lower the car.
- Fill in in the engine fresh oil (Routine maintenance see the Head).
