Removal and installation натяжителей chains of drive ГРМ (engines 2.0 )

Do not turn the engine at removed натяжителях chains!

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air cleaner case (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
  2. Prop up the engine тележечным a jack, — for the purpose of loading distribution lay between a head of a jack and the pallet картера wooden брусок. Turn out bolts of fastening of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit to a head of cylinders.
  1. Turn out a cap bottom натяжителя from a back part of a cover.
  1. Cнимите плунжер натяжителя, — try to remember adjusting position of components. Remove from a cap a sealing ring, - at installation the sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail.
  1. Examine плунжер натяжителя on presence of signs of deterioration and damages. In case of need make replacement.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Grease плунжер натяжителя with pure impellent oil and establish it in a head of cylinders the deaf end to a chain.
  1. Establish on a cap натяжителя a new sealing ring, then screw a cap in a head of cylinders, having tightened with demanded effort.

At installation new натяжителя unblock it, completely, before click having drowned the central core of a cap, — now the core натяжителя should freely утапливаться and smoothly come back in a starting position.

  1. Establish the right support of the power unit (Check of a condition and replacement of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit see).
  2. Establish an air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

Removal

  1. Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
  1. Turn out a cap bottom натяжителя from a back part of a cover.
  1. Cнимите плунжер натяжителя, — try to remember adjusting position of components. Remove from a cap a sealing ring, — at installation the sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail.
  1. Examine плунжер натяжителя on presence of signs of damages and excessive deterioration. In case of need make replacement.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Grease плунжер натяжителя with pure impellent oil and insert it into a cover of drive ГРМ the deaf end towards a chain.
  1. Establish a new sealing ring on a cap and screw a cap on a cover, having tightened it with demanded effort.

At installation new натяжителя ослабьте it, completely, before click having drowned the central core of a cap, — now the core натяжителя should freely утапливаться and smoothly come back in a starting position.

  1. Establish into place protection картера and lower the car on the earth.
