Removal and installation of an intermediate cooler (intercoolerа)


The fastening scheme intercoolerа on models 1.7 of l SOHC

1 — Shtutsernyj knot of connection of oil tubes (at a detachment the path remains closed)
2 — a fastening Bolt маслоохладителя

3 — Interkuler
4 — the Delivery tube


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a forward bumper (the Body see the Head).
  2. Turn out six fixing bolts and remove the forward shock-absorber of shock loadings.
  1. Release fixture and disconnect from intercoolerа a tube connecting it with турбокомпрессором.
  1. Release fixture and disconnect from intercoolerа a tube of pressurisation of the inlet pipeline, - take a tube aside.
  1. On models 1.7 of l SOHC turn out a fixing bolt and separate from intercoolerа маслоохладитель, disconnect tubes and remove маслоохладитель (intercoolerа the fastening Scheme see models 1.7 of l SOHC an illustration).

Necessity for a detachment of oil tubes from маслоохладителя is absent.

  1. Turn out a fixing bolt, lift intercooler upwards and liberate it from basic arms.
  2. Installation is made upside-down.
