Forward doors

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the panel of an upholstery of a door and a plastic isolating membrane (Removal and installation of panels of internal furnish of salon see).
Completely lift glass. On the models equipped with lateral pillows of safety disconnect a negative wire from the battery and wait for a minimum 1 minute during which the condenser of the independent power supply should be discharged. Disconnect electroconducting, turn out fixture and remove the gauge of a pillow of safety in gathering with a basic arm.

The right gauge differs from left - do not mix them at installation.

Drill rivets of fastening of a back directing trench стеклоподъемника to the internal panel of a door and take a trench from a doorframe through an aperture.

On m оделях with электроприводными стеклоподъемниками temporarily connect the switch of a regulator and connect a negative wire to the battery. On models with manual стеклоподъемниками temporarily plant on the axis приводную the handle стеклоподъемника. Establish glass so that bolts of its fastening to a regulator were visible through apertures at doors. Turn out bolts.

Installation is made upside-down. Establish new rivets of fastening of a directing trench. Bolts of fastening of glass to a regulator at the first stage should be tightened by hand, before a definitive tightening of bolts glass should be lifted completely, then to lower in corresponding position.
