Removal and installation of components of the top hatch

Assemblage of the top hatch is among enough the difficult components, including set of details. Composers of the present Management insistently do not recommend to make attempt of its dismantling without special need. If the hatch is faulty, or requires under repair, it will be more reasonable than all to address for the help to experts of car-care centre.

In an emergency the hatch can be opened manually, by removal of a cover with forward салонного the fixture and rotation приводного the electromotor a screw-driver rotating the motor.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Open the panel of glass of the hatch and turn out bolts. The handles established from two parties.
Disconnect from a pin a spring lift дефлектор upwards.
Having turned, liberate a spring from the directing.
Installation is made upside-down.

The electric drive

The electric drive is established in a roof behind a ceiling upholstery of salon. Removal of a ceiling upholstery is interfaced with демонтажем forward салонного the fixture, sun-protection peaks and ceiling handles, demands special accuracy and attention. It will be most reasonable to charge performance of the given work to experts of car-care centre.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Having removed section of a ceiling upholstery, disconnect electroconducting from приводного the electromotor.
Turn out fixing screws and remove assemblage of the electric drive from the roof panel. Before electric drive installation, establish the switch in a starting position, - drilling in a gear drive should appear located between two external ledges. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Management cable - adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the electric drive (see above).
Ослабьте forward and back directing screws. Combine forward and back directing pins with apertures on the directing.
Pass a drill in diameter of 4.0 mm through back directing, fill it in an arm and screw screws.
Establish the electric drive (see above).

The management switch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove forward салонный the fixture (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
Accurately having hooked the suitable tool through an aperture under fixture installation, liberate the switch from a ceiling upholstery.
Disconnect electroconducting and remove the switch.
Installation is made upside-down.

Mechanical drive

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Completely open the hatch.
On hatches with a mechanical drive turn out the fixing screw and remove the handle with шлицевой axis parts.
On hatches with the electric drive, having hooked a small screw-driver, remove an emergency cover in a back part of the case forward салонного the fixture.
Remove a lens of the fixture and disconnect electroconducting.
Turn out fixing screws and lower downwards from a ceiling a decorative overlay of the hatch.
Turn out two screws and lower a drive from a roof downwards.
Installation is made upside-down, - before spend adjustment. Turn a drive completely clockwise, without combining a lock pin (if a pin to combine, the drive completely will not turn, - in case of need take a pin).
