Before the beginning of any works with forward seats familiarise with the prevention in the beginning Removal and installation of forward seats.

Upholstery of forward doors

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Before to start performance of forthcoming works wait not less than one minute during which the condenser of independent power supply SRS should be discharged.
On models with электроприводными external rear-view mirrors accurately hook a screw-driver and liberate from take out from an overlay the switch of management of electric drive functioning, - disconnect from the switch electroconducting, on models with электроприводными стеклоподъемниками do similar procedure with the corresponding switch (the Scheme of installation located on the panel of an internal upholstery of a back door of electric components (model Zafira) see an illustration).
On models with a manual drive стеклоподъемников take fixing скобу and remove the handle стеклоподъемника, - try not to damage the upholstery panel. Remove from the panel a protective washer-overlay. Remove a protective cover from the handle of adjustment of position of a door mirror, then remove a triangular decorative overlay. Disconnect electroconducting from a high-frequency loudspeaker, - if the given loudspeaker is established in an upholstery overlay, liberate it therefrom and disconnect conducting (the Scheme of installation located on the panel of an internal upholstery of a back door of electric components (model Zafira) see an illustration).
On models Astra accurately remove an overlay of the internal handle of a door (the Scheme of installation located on the panel of an internal upholstery of a back door of electric components (model Zafira) see an illustration) and remove the door handle.
Turn out fastening screws in the bottom section of an upholstery, - on some models screws are under an overlay which can be removed, having taken out заглушку and having given the screw.
Now it is necessary to liberate plastic clamps of fastening of the panel of an internal upholstery from a doorframe, - take advantage of a screw-driver with a flat sting, and it is better - special вильчатым the adaptation, allowing to avoid damage of clamps. Clamps are located on all perimetre of the panel of an upholstery. In order to avoid damage of a paint and varnish covering enclose under edge of the panel a cardboard.
Having liberated clamps, disconnect приводной a cable from the internal handle of a door. Separate from a door an upper edge of the panel and remove last from a doorframe.
Pasted изоляционная the plastic membrane in case of need can be unstuck from a door, - operate extremely cautiously, try not to tear a membrane. Installation is made upside-down. Replace the broken plastic clamps. If removed a membrane, track reliability of its gluing into place.

Upholstery of back doors

Remove from the panel a protective washer-overlay.

In case of need remove a plastic cover, turn out fixing screws and remove from the panel of an upholstery a pocket.

Remove an ashtray, in case of need liberate and remove a decorative lattice of a high-frequency loudspeaker.

Turn out screws of fastening of the bottom section of the panel of an upholstery to a doorframe.

Hooking the panel шлицевой a screw-driver, and it is better - special вильчатым capture, release the plastic clamps located on its perimetre.
Having released clamps, disconnect приводной a cable from the internal handle of a door and electroconducting from a high-frequency loudspeaker. Remove the upholstery panel.
In case of need remove a plastic isolating membrane, preliminary having cleaned приводные a cable and draught, - try to damage a membrane.
Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace the clamps damaged at removal. Track reliability of fixing of an isolating membrane.

Open a door, take plastic заглушки, turn out fixing screws and remove the top and bottom sections of the panel of an internal upholstery, - pay attention that the bottom section is equipped by the ledges entering into gearing with grooves of the top.
Release fixture and remove a top level stoplight.
Installation is made upside-down.

The back lateral panel of an upholstery of salon (Compartment model)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a back of a back seat (Removal and installation of back seats see).
Wide шлицевой a screw-driver release clamps and separate the panel from кузовного an element. Operate cautiously, - try not to break clamps.
Installation is made upside-down.

The back lateral panel of an upholstery of salon (model of Hetchbek)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Open a back door and a back door, remove rubber consolidation кузовного an aperture near to the panel of a lateral upholstery and a decorative overlay of a sofa, remove a back shelf.
Remove an internal lateral overlay from the corresponding party.
Remove a pillow of a back seat (Removal and installation of back seats see), then lower a back of a back seat forward.
Turn out fixing screws and remove a plastic overlay from a pillow of a back seat.
Release plastic clamps.	.
Turn out screws of fastening of the top section of a lateral overlay to a body.

Remove the rubber buffer of a back of a back seat.
Release clamps.
Remove the bottom section of a lateral upholstery.

Remove the panel of a back lateral upholstery (see above).
Turn out fixing screws.
Accurately hooking wide шлицевой a screw-driver, release clamps of fastening of the panel to a rack, - try not to break clamps.
Installation is made upside-down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The bottom sections of furnish of the panel of devices fasten in feet at the driver and the forward passenger. First of all it is necessary to give screws of fastening of sections to боковине a heater.
