Removal and installation of forward seats

Models of cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS). Before to start performance of any works near to blocks of pillows of safety, a steering column, the instrument panel, forward seats disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). Electroconducting of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow colour of isolation. |

Removal

- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Before to start performance of forthcoming works wait not less than one minute during which the condenser of independent power supply SRS should be discharged.
- In case of need, for the purpose of expansion of working space, turn out fixing screws and remove unprofitable a box from the lateral panel.

- Accurately having hooked, remove established with seat lateral aspect a plastic cover, then turn out the fixing screw.

- Disconnect from a seat a seat belt anchor.
|
|
- Shift a seat against the stop back, at a corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting from the module emergency натяжителя a belt, from the module of a lateral pillow of safety, from a heating element of a seat and from the gauge of employment of a seat. - Turn out forward bolts of fastening of a seat to a basis frame, - bolts are established in a forward part of both directing rails (Forward bolts of fastening of a seat see an illustration).
- Shift seats against the stop forward and turn out back fixing bolts.
- Together with the assistant accurately lift a seat and remove it from the car.
- In case of need turn out fixture and remove a frame of the basis of a seat from a floor.

Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

|
- Before вворачиванием it is necessary to grease a carving part of fixing bolts fixing анаэробным with hermetic. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
